My biggest issue before my experience with Rachael was being stuck. I was waiting and I was floating through life giving and experiencing the bare minimum.
So, instead of overwhelming myself with the biggest picture and the results of the past, Rachael helped me shift to the present by breaking down my goals to realistic 3 month to 10 year goals. This allowed me to maintain a consistent forward momentum instead of just waiting for life to happen.
The biggest benefit of my time with Rachael was the freedom I felt just speaking with her. I'm usually closed and selective, but she kept asking the right questions and my soul spilled with the truest answers. This allowed me to not only be honest with her but to myself with who I was and where I wanted my life to be.
